Terms of use

The site presents the business of Codetics, the trading name of Kevin Vavelin, sole trader, lets you send a project request and lets you buy certain services online. Purchases are governed by the terms of sale.

The site is free to access, apart from connection costs borne by the user. Codetics strives to keep it available but may suspend access, in particular for maintenance, without liability.

Some experimental pages, such as the "atelier" space, and interactive demonstrations are provided for illustration, as is, and may change or be removed at any time.

Users agree to use the site fairly and lawfully. In particular, the following are prohibited: any attempt at unauthorised access or at compromising the security or operation of the site; automated or bulk form submissions; systematic extraction of its content; using another person's identity or email address.

The request form lets you describe a project to Codetics. Your message is sent to Codetics by email and a confirmation copy is sent to the address you enter, so only enter your own email address.

Do not submit passwords, access keys or other secrets, sensitive data (health, opinions, etc.) or third parties' personal data that the request does not need. Any access needed for an engagement is exchanged later through a secure channel.

A request does not bind you or Codetics: no contract is formed before a quotation is accepted or an online order is placed.

Information published on the site, including articles, examples and indicative price ranges, is general. It is neither advice tailored to a particular situation nor a firm offer, except for offers shown with a price and an order button.

Site content is protected by intellectual property law as described in the legal notice.

The site may link to third-party sites over which Codetics has no control and for which it is not responsible. You may link to the site freely, provided you do not use framing and do not suggest a partnership that does not exist.

Codetics uses reasonable means to keep the information accurate and the site secure, but cannot guarantee that it is free of errors or interruptions. Codetics is not liable for use of the site that breaches these terms.

Personal data processing related to the site is described in the privacy policy. Trackers and the management of your consent are described in the cookie policy.

Codetics may change these terms; the applicable version is the one online when you visit. These terms are governed by French law.
