What's included
- 01
Audit
We review your infrastructure from four angles: security, performance, cost and reliability. Every finding comes with evidence, its impact and a recommendation.
- 02
Migration
We migrate your small infrastructure to Cloudflare, Vercel, AWS, Google Cloud, Azure or Oracle Cloud, your choice. The cutover is planned to keep downtime to a minimum.
- 03
Disaster recovery & GDPR
Backups, RPO/RTO targets and a documented restore procedure. The plan respects the GDPR: EU data residency, identified processors and defined retention periods.
The audit maps what runs today and rates four axes: security, performance, cost and reliability. Nothing moves until the priorities are written down.
- 01Security
- 02Performance
- 03Cost
- 04Reliability
What you get
- An audit report covering security, performance, cost and reliability, with clear priorities
- Your infrastructure migrated and running on the provider you chose
- A documented deployment setup your team can reproduce
- A backup strategy with defined RPO and RTO targets
- A step-by-step restore runbook
- A GDPR summary of your infrastructure: data location, processors, retention
- A walkthrough with your team and a list of recommended next steps
- RPO
- ≤ 15 min max. data loss
- RTO
- ≤ 1 h back in service
- Example targets
- set with each client during the audit, not measurements
- GDPR
- Data stays in the EU
Traffic reaches the primary site in a first EU region. Data is replicated to a standby site in a second EU region, and encrypted backups go to a separate vault, also in the EU.
- 1Primary site · EU region 1
- 2Standby site · EU region 2
- 3Encrypted backup vault · EU
Who it's for, and the limits
- Startups and SMEs running a small infrastructure
- Teams moving off ageing hosting or switching cloud provider
- Companies that don't have a written disaster recovery plan yet
- A small infrastructure: a few services, their databases and a few environments (for example production and staging)
- One target cloud provider
- If the audit shows a larger estate, we tell you before the migration and quote the rest separately
Not included
- Rewriting the application or building new features
- Your cloud provider's bills and third-party licences
- Ongoing maintenance or managed hosting after the engagement
- Penetration testing and certifications (ISO 27001, HDS, SOC 2…)
- Legal advice: we put the technical measures in place; your DPO or counsel remains responsible for compliance
How it runs

- Payment, then Codetics gets in touch
- Access, audit and report
- Migration and planned cutover
